Dear Parents,

Here is the Calendar of Events for May
..(can you believe it?)

Thursday, May 1st – NO  SCHOOL – Ascension Thursday
	           (This is a Holy Day of Obligation)

Friday, May 2nd – Students may begin wearing walking shorts or
capris.  Must be solid navy or Khaki and not be shorter than top of
student’s knee.

Monday, May 5th – St. Michael’s Altar Society Salad Luncheon @
Theisen Hall – 11:00 – 1:30

Wednesday, May 7th – 10:00 a.m. Late Start
	           Jeans Day for School Supplies
	           2nd Grade to Stuhr Museum- 10:00 – 3:00
	           Bookmobile Last Day – please return all books.

Friday, May 9th – ALL LIBRARY BOOKS DUE!

Sunday, May 11th – Mother’s Day!

Wednesday, May 14th – STM T-shirt/Sweatshirt day

Friday, May 16th – 5th Grade to Pioneer Village 9:00-3:00 p.m.
		   3rd Grade to Aurora Edgerton Center 9:00–3:00 p.m.

Sunday, May 18th – STC Graduation

Monday, May 19th through Thursday, May 22nd – Out-of-uniform dress
days. Shorts should reach top of knees and no tank tops allowed
(This allows parents time to wash the old uniforms for our Uniform
Exchange Days.)

May 19th – May 23rd – Uniform Exchange Day – 8:00 – 3:30 – Front
foyer of school. (How it works:  You bring 3 uniform items, you take
3 uniform items.  If you do not have items to exchange, a minimal
donation for your items is requested.)

Tuesday, May 20th – Grades K - 2   Field Day – 9:00 – after lunch

5th Grade Orientation @ STC (5th grade students are required to wear
school uniforms for orientation.  We will bus them to and from STC)

Wednesday, May 21st – Grades 3-5   Field Day 9:00 – after lunch

Thursday, May 22nd – Last Day of School – Early Dismissal @  ????

Monday, May 26th – Memorial Day

Monday, June 2nd through Friday, June 6th– Vacation Bible School
