[apsstaff] watching videos online

In monitoring our network traffic we have noticed a number of 
machines that have been watching video online which slows our network 
to a crawl at times.  If you have been watching videos from 
PowerMediaPlus or some other site for educational purposes then that 
is fine, however, if you have been watching sports, news, or weather 
broadcasts, I would ask that you not do that at school.  Let me know
